Cod Black Ops 2 English Language Pack Download

Hey Steam users I have this language problem in Black Ops 2. Hot Girl From Canada S Worst Driver. I bought my GAME KEY from CoolShop, they said the language on the game was ENG / POLISH. But then i downloaded the game and i could only play it in polish.

I have heard that people that have buyed ENG / Russian have the same problems. Then i change the polish zone folder with a english zone folder + some other things( I followed a speciel guide). Now i could PLAY it in English!!! But only for a few days then Steam made a update(patch) and the guide doesn't work with that patch, because you need to change your language in the Steam Libary. Clicking Propertise and then Language to change your language into english. But that function have they fixed.

For some unknow stupid @!*`^ing reason. It was clear to me that is was made on purpose by Steam, but why? Will it get fixed?

Or do i need to buy a knew game key? I need answers fast.

Cause i thought the game was really cool, but sadly not in freaking polish.
