Garmin Edge 705 Usb Driver Download

I've got a Garmin Edge 500 and it wont connect to my PC. I've never had this problem before. I normally plug it in, the Garmin beeps, then a pop up comes up on my PC asking what I want to do with the device. I can then go to Garmin Connect or Strava and the device is found.
