An angry motorist launched a shocking torrent of abuse at a paramedic and called her a 'f****** idiot' because her ambulance was blocking the street. He complained the ambulance did not have its hazard lights on and became irate because the vehicle was blocking his path in his hometown of Runcorn, Cheshire. Mr Anderson claims his frustration was directed at a bystander who became angry after he honked his horn at the ambulance which was parked. He said: 'Seconds after beeping my horn a woman came out and verbally abused me. 'I was trying to get my point across to say I only beeped to see if it would be long or if they were able to move the vehicle if it was not an emergency. 'I cannot apologise enough for the way I spoke to the paramedic.
