After a relatively easy install with decent overall directions, I was able to do the job myself with no help as suggested. And I'm far from a professional installer. The unit itself runs quieter than most and has pretty much all the functions you would need for most microwave tasks. The one and only disgruntlement I would claim is that the function buttons do not illuminate on the panel. This would be most helpful at night when you walk into a dim lit room and don't want to have to wake up the rest of the house by turning on the lights just to use the unit.

Upon receiving our microwave, of course it was totally wrapped and encased in Styrofoam, my husband had just had surgery was unable to lift and unwrap upon arrival, so he signed for it.the next day when the person came to install it, the entire side was dented in!! Not a small dent a very large dent!! We advised Home Depot, and of course got a run around, they couldn't help us we had to go on line and place our complaint there.

I will never again order any item on line from Home Depot again. My husband had a $ 10.00 coupon and we were unable to use it on line.
